MASSolutions President makes a hit at Heinz Field
Mastovich speaks at IntegraCare Leadership Conference on Steelers home field
David M. Mastovich, President of MASSolutions, was a featured speaker during IntegraCare Corporation’s fifth annual leadership conference at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh on June 8.
Mastovich was among a group of speakers that included Pat Williams, Senior Vice President of the National Basketball Association’s Orlando Magic.
The leadership conference was entitled, “Influence and Relationships…Essential Pieces in Effective Leadership.”
Mastovich delivered the presentation, “Influence and the Power of Relationships.” His presentation focused on Johnstown, Pa., native and former ECHL Johnstown Chiefs assistant equipment manager Dana Heinze’s experience as a member of the National Hockey League Tampa Bay Lightning’s Stanley Cup Championship team. Heinze’s rise from the minor leagues to the pinnacle of his profession was often the result of his relationship building skills. Mastovich emphasized the five key components of relationships, noting that such relationships:
• Build upon each other and grow
• Require an intentional investment
• Are indispensable, not disposable
• Lead to reciprocity
• Reward beyond our estimation
