Client Positioning System (CPS)™

Our philosophy at MASSolutions is to help you—clients and the people who work for those clients--get where you want to go. It’s our version of a Global Positioning System or GPS. We call it our Client Positioning System or CPS.

MASSolutions CPS focuses on looking at both companies and individuals and honestly (some say brutally) assessing strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We then build action plans to maximize strengths and minimize or improve upon weaknesses.

This often involves leadership and management improvement strategies that reduce ambiguity, clarify roles and increase productivity for individuals and teams.

We spend a great deal of time and effort defining customers and target audiences and then finding out what they want and think. This customer centric approach provides valuable insight for creating and offering products and services that customers will want, need and buy.

It all comes together as part of Integrated Marketing, PR, Selling and Messaging Programs that help individuals and companies achieve their goals and improve the bottom line.
